Yup. Excellent point. And if you have an hourly wage job and can't afford to lose any pay, the law saying your boss is supposed let you have time off is pointless. Also plenty of people who can't handle waiting in long lines: mobility limitations, neurospicies, parents with small kids, etc.

Last night I smelled something burning so I walked into the room where my wife's DnD group was playing and asked if something was burning. And this WHOLE DAMN ROOM of neurospicies said "No". Because they'd put the fire out a second before I arrived so TECHNICALLY nothing was burning WHEN I ASKED.

The "draw every day", thing doesn't always work for everyone and can cause stress and avoidance. Instead, aim for a few days a week, and learn how to forgive yourself if you don't. (This might be moreso for my neurospicies, but still.)

I have OCD, my wife has ADHD, I don't know how our different neurospicies manage to make this house work without absolute chaos unfolding, but somehow we're doing it!
