Probably a mutation in a melanocortin receptor.
Same with the Hulks. Everyone knows a Hulk can happen. Can there also be a She Hulk? Sure. That makes sense. Can there be a Hulk pet like Cat Hulk or Hamster Hulk? Yes absolutely. A red Hulk though? Why. Why would that just happen?
