Jamie Raskin said he reviewed an email sent from Epstein to co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell that was a forwarded conversation between Epstein’s lawyers and lawyers for Donald Trump.

The DOJ (illegally) redacted Trump's name in the public files.
What else are they hiding?

She’s in my sorority and we are both lawyers. Uggghhh. Anyone else here who is a member of ΔΔΔ, please consider contacting National and requesting she be removed as a member as she’s brought disrepute to our organization. Other lawyers- let’s do what we can to get her disbarred. And imprisoned

former prosecutors-turned-defense lawyers with one *hell* of an axe to grind are absolutely going to be a thing in the coming years
The Star Tribune reports that former acting U.S. Attorney Joe Thompson, in one of his first acts since joining private practice, will be representing Don Lemon.

Massie: "Here is an email that was sent by the victims' lawyers to the DOJ. It was a list of names not to release. What did the DOJ do with this email? They released it! Literally the worst thing you could do the survivors you did."

Hurrah for juries but this is insane and the lawyers involved should be disbarred

Non-lawyers: I cannot express just how abnormal it is for the DOJ to get no-billed repeatedly on these cases. Like tripping on a single blade of grass.
I have heard of a no bill but zero votes is new to me
No grand jurors found the Trump DOJ met low probable cause threshold in failed indictment of Democratic lawmakers

Testilying.

Keep that in mind when moderate Democrats say that ICE and CBP agents should be held to the same standards as police.

Call me a stickler, but I do not think former Supreme Court clerks who are now practicing lawyers with *multiple cases* pending before the Court should be publishing fawning op-eds about how “kind, humble, thoughtful and selfless” their old boss is
Samuel Alito Is a Great Man, According to a Former Alito Clerk Arguing Cases at the Supreme Court
Ben Aguiñaga, Louisiana’s solicitor general, has appeared before the justices three times this term. In an op-ed, he describes his old boss as “kind, humble, thoughtful and selfless.”

Trumps name was listed in the Epstein files A MILLION times.

No wonder it took 500 lawyers tens of thousands of hours to redact files. How much has this coverup cost us, not counting the dignity and democracy we’ve lost?
