Following the links and having a quick read, it seems there were further ideas being developed at Lucasfilm.

Lots of indy's try and fail (sometimes badly) to do their own version of the Royal Rumble.
So full credit to Limitless Wrestling, which pulled off one of the best booked versions of the match I've seen on the indy circuit (and better than some of the fed's recent attempts).

Maybe I'm spoiled by Indy's stadium history, but non-downtown stadiums just look sad to me. Mile High looks like it's just surrounded by interstates.
