'scratch' is like a rough guide
of how they will want it to sound and be performed. They'll often play the scratch actor's voice lines for the final cast actor to give them a starting point

This morning, I'm writing my guide to tabletop RPG design. I wrote an early version a few years ago, but I'm reworking it.

Maybe I'll give examples, taken from freely available RPGs: if you know any that would make good examples and aren't written by men, tell me!

47. The Wandering Village

It's a survival city-builder where you guide your villagers on the back of a giant monster, it's whole vibe reminded me of Nausicaa, and it's gorgeous. It was in Early Access for a while, but hit 1.0 earlier this year, so give it a look!

⚪: Red and Blue are both very empathetic, but I'm not. Not at all. I give the system a unique vision of the world without emotions and guide them when logic is needed but on the other hand I know I should feel bad when Blue tells me I should feel something for someone else, but there is just nothing

Remember when I said I could be envious of others? Well, here's why?

I wish I could do this full-time. More events, networking, collabs... So much intent and desire, but I feel so lost...

Pup needs a guide, and resources? Any agencies willing to give a bearpup a shot?

As a habit i like to make mental maps of places so i know where things are in relation to others. Theres tons of places where i have only been once and i can give a generic overview.

In hindsight i should have become a travel guide instead of in IT.

I was intensely annoyed that the cat vomited spectacularly (and wetly) all over my Sibley bird guide, until I realized that the guide had acted as a dam and saved my laptop.

I would give the noble Sibley a Viking funeral but it’s too soggy.

Tried putting together a study guide for the exam I am required to give in January, and... so much of the learning we have done this term just cannot be captured on an exam. This does not mean learning has not happened. It might mean that *different* learning has happened for different students, tho

I never realized how much #shoujo high school romance is in English until filming this #newvideo! I could have easily turned this into an entire video series recommending my favorite #manga! 😆

Hopefully, this gift guide can give a good starting point! 🥹
