[Wicked spoilers] it's so funny to me that Elphaba's dad finds out his daughter can literally FLY and he gets so embarrassed that he dies from a heart attack

At least Wicked was so half-baked in its animal oppression storyline that it didn't have like an animal friend of Elphaba's who wanted to fight for animal rights but then killed people or something so that we could point to both sides and say SEE! They are both bad!!!

'Wicked: For Good' composer and lyricist Stephen Schwartz reveals that Elphaba's new song "No Place Like Home" almost sounded very, very different...like a 'St. Elmo's Fire' 1980s rock ballad.

Glad you enjoyed Wicked: For Good, even if you're not big on the music. It's definitely darker than the first half, which was more Elphaba's story. This one was more Galinda's story and I love the character development. I really liked the early scene where they were building the Yellow Brick Road.⬇️

Complaining about the sex in Heated Rivalry being unrealistic is like quibbling over the physics of Elphaba’s flying in Wicked. In both cases, how a person chooses to ride a big stick is part of the fantasy.
