SCOTUS just curbed nationwide injunctions, backing Trump’s birthright order. But this cuts both ways—a future Dem could ban AR-15s via EO, and blue states could enforce it right away. Red states would sue, but it’d land in SCOTUS. What goes around, comes around. 😏
