近两年，大规模抗争都发生在小城市（宁陵、张宝山、蒲城、江油），原因是中共在大城市的维稳资源充足，无处不在的摄像头，对社交媒体的全面监控，海量的维稳人员等等，使得大城市的抗争还在萌芽状态就遭到了镇压。为什么中共不在中小城市也这样做呢？我认为是中共虽然有钱，但还没有能力在中小城市投入和大城市一样多的财力，所以首选保大城市，小城市的抗争等发生后，再调集周边警察去镇压。

there's no contradiction or hypocrisy if you understand that what they mean when they say "pedo sex trafficker" does not actually have any overlap with either sexual abuse or human trafficking. what they fear is that their children--their sexual property--will want self-determination & personhood.
