Yes, of course. Limit the army of the aggressor, not the victim. And jack up the army of the victim as high as it can go so aggressor never considers offending again.
Putting any cap, no matter how high, on Ukraine’s armed forces is wrong.
Russia is the aggressor, and if anyone needs a cap, it’s them. Since they won’t be capped, Ukraine shouldn’t be capped either.

Yes, please correct this injustice.
The president does not have authority to set tariffs by abusing an emergency power. 200+ members of Congress filed an amicus brief in our tariffs lawsuit, agreeing.
We’ll be at the Supreme Court next week making the case for why the court needs to hold the president accountable.
