I'm over not having kids out of fear of the climate crisis.
I dread convincing my kid not to work on Thanksgiving, giving them the confidence to advocate for their labor, convincing them to value arts & humanities in a world that won't.
I also feel unready for the task of being a trans parent.

ICE is staying on Coast Guard Island, which yes, is technically part of Alameda (the city, which is it's own separate island).
However NONE OF ALAMEDA'S BRIDGES OR TUNNELS CONNECT TO COAST GUARD ISLAND.
There is only ONE bridge on & off Coast Guard Island, & it is accessible only from OAKLAND.

Bodily autonomy for everyone. I don't — and won't — begrudge cis women using HRT, testosterone or estrogen, for any reason. I'll find it hypocritical when some oppose HRT for trans people but use it for themselves, but that doesn't affect my belief that everyone should have access to HRT.
