In campaigning Ken Sim told the Shaughnessy Heights Property Owners' Association he would fight the BC NDP progressive property tax and make condo owners pay the same rate as mansion owners.
Increasing taxes for the majority of Vancouverites to save people in $3M+ houses a few bucks.
