It was wonderful to be out in Collingwood, engaging with residents at their doorsteps. I had conversations on numerous concerns from typically conservative voters who are dissatisfied with the application of the notwithstanding clause.

Six years.

Zero critical care centres.

Danielle Smith promised to fix healthcare in 90 days, but over 1000 days have passed, and all we've seen are cuts, chaos, and corruption.

We deserve better.

On Human Rights Day, the UCP used the notwithstanding clause to take away Albertans’ rights.

Now they have gone even further by trying to stop the courts from doing their job.

Had a lovely walk at Queens Park Cemetery with Friends of Confederation Creek to see where it surfaces in Calgary. Also visited Jack White Goose Flying’s resting place, namesake of the White Goose Flying Report (www.heritagecalgary.ca/heritage-cal... ). Warmed up at @velvet_cafe_calgary!

Today we remember the 14 young women murdered at École Polytechnique in Montréal on December 6, 1989. The world lost their brilliance because of misogyny. Let's commit to build a world free of violence where we can all thrive. Rest in power.🌹

I spent the day dropping off poinsettias at seniors centres in my riding. It’s something I look forward to every single year.

A heartfelt thank you to all the workers who look after our seniors with such compassion. And thank you to Arch Greenhouse for providing the beautiful poinsettias.

It’s no surprise that over a third of the UCP caucus has recall petitions filed against them. Scandal after scandal has left people exhausted with this government.

The news that Imperial Oil is closing its Calgary office and cutting jobs is a significant blow to Calgary's and Alberta's economies.

We need a Premier who keeps Alberta’s investment market competitive, instead of chasing separatism.

That’s all part of Danielle Smith’s Alberta advantage, don’t you know.
Nearly 90% of Alberta’s teachers have rejected the deal offered.

It didn’t need to be this way, but the UCP have refused to listen. And refused to act.

Alberta students remain the lowest funded across Canada. They deserve so much better.

Today and every day, we stand with teachers.
