The Supreme Court has consistently and overwhelmingly been made up of elite, powerful, white men who have interpreted that law in ways that protect people like themselves. The Warren Court was a blip and much of that has been and is being actively undone. This Court is the norm.

In the minds of most Americans, we’ve tended to mythologize the Warren Court as most representative of the Supreme Court, when in truth, for most of our history the Court has ruled against minority rights, upheld the power of wealthy white men, and rarely protected the most vulnerable.

If you're a reporter, please stop referring to RFK Jr and his cronies as "vaccine skeptics." They're not skeptical. Skepticism would be fine. Skeptics look at evidence and can be persuaded.
