look I think we can all agree the important thing is as long as most money on earth consistently keeps flowing to about fifty people who are all friends and they don't have to do anything because it's earned by profiting off everyone else's work then whatever happens to anyone else is irrelevant

as a computer scientist, i am BEGGING people to realize that there is no cognition inside of an LLM

watched the 4K release of TRON: Legacy, which on an OLED was like seeing the face of god

The core design idea is that it's a game about style, both in the driving and the players aesthetic.
Downhill and Uphill drifting, but making clean motions corner to corner is core to the feel.
Tandem drifting would be the most satisfying thing to do.

I've said this about writing and art -- the goal was not to replace writers and artists with AI, the result was either:
a) *threaten* to replace them with AI, and use that as leverage to be able to pay them less
b) replace them unsuccessfully and pay them less to fix the shit the AI barfed out

This is sometimes read as "look 'AI' isn't working". But the opposite is true.
