(I say that partly having overseen the energy consumer advocate for many years and seen what a mess it was, and partly having finally got a smart meter after years of waiting only to be told six weeks after it was installed they don’t work in basements 😭)

Someday someone will do a proper expose / there will be a major public inquiry on the smart meter rollout and it will not be pretty. One of the great policy delivery failures. The technology side of it is 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
