California’s CalRx continues to find ways to ensure lower prices for critical pharmaceuticals for its people, leveraging the market power of the state.

First insulin, now naloxone. Smart and patient-centric moves by Gov Newsom and his team.

“Why isn’t there a White History Month?”

Because every month is White History Month. History is written by the victors — and colonizers. Much of the American history and literature we learned for generations erased the contributions of marginalized groups.

From 2018 to 2024, the tax rate paid by eight major retailers was slashed from 30% to just 17.5%.

The CEOs of those major retailers were paid a collective $1.3 billion.

Meanwhile, the average worker at those stores was paid less than $32,000 in 2024.

Nothing trickled down.

Consumers don’t know if their medications came from factories that used dirty water, were infested by insects or birds, or were outright banned from shipping drugs to the U.S.

Our new app provides answers that the FDA won’t.
Rx Inspector: ProPublica’s New Tool Provides Drug Info the FDA Won’t
We’ve launched a first-of-its-kind app to help you find out where your generic drugs come from and see the track records of the factories that made them.

Don't let anyone tell you tax cuts for the rich cost nothing.

The less revenue we collect, the more the deficit runs up.

The more the deficit we run up, the more Republicans will threaten Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security

Tax cuts for the rich are the real Ponzi scheme.

It’s sad how many lifelong friendships & family relationships have been fractured by someone like Trump

He is & always has been a racist misogynist, a con & a known sexual assaulter w/the intelligence of boiled cabbage

Some revealed to me who they really are and I will not and cannot forgive them.

We already know the Trump administration has been lying about ICE “targeting the worst of the worst” — the actual numbers tell the truth.

The government’s own data shows only 15 % of those detained had any prior criminal convictions, and just 3 % were violent offenders.

The worst part about the boat strikes - regardless of who ordered what and besides the ultimate tragedy of lives lost - is they’re forever a stain on the dignity of the United States military.

That's why the military has the right to refuse illegal orders. Illegal orders could ruin the military.

Probably the most important post you will read today. #HoldFast
An official government account using the word “remigration” is not normal. It’s an imported term from European far-right movements that refers to mass expulsion. Democracies do not use population-purification language. #holdfast #SteadyState

Changpeng Zhao (founder, Binance) - pled guilty to money laundering. Facilitated millions in transactions for terrorist organizations such as Hamas.

Ross Ulbricht (founder of the Silk Road) - the dark web Costco of illegal drugs.

THIS IS BULLSHIT‼️

Undocumented immigrants already get almost no federal “tax benefits.” Fox makes it sound like there’s a giant welfare pipeline. Not true.

They’re barred from Social Security, Medicare, SNAP, unemployment, and most federal programs, yet they still pay billions into the system.

They are getting more desperate to hold their fractured and fatigued base together.

The polls show it.

They can’t lie their way out of their economic mess.

Their own are becoming less tolerant of the brazen corruption.

Expect them to manufacture more culture wars to keep the rubes occupied.

Trump never had a fan base.

He had an army of bots who sold his racism and misogyny and xenophobia to uneducated Americans who took voting advice from bald eagle profiles posting Tweets from Eastern Europe.

It’s as stupid as it sounds.
