NEW: These are ICE agents removing evidence from the shooter's home. They are not DOJ, they are Jonathan Ross's friends and coworkers, not DOJ.

This agent removing Ross's personal computer was reported yesterday Jan 9 for boxing in a volunteer and telling them "I'll dedicate my next arrest to you"

In the last 4 months, Trump's secret police fired on at least nine people in five states and D.C., all while in their vehicles. In each case, DHS claimed, falsely, that the agents fired in self-defense, fearing they’d be struck by the vehicle. At least one other victim died.

Truly. I need all non-Black folk to understand that your surprise at how Good is being handled and her death is being laundered right now is an indictment of your understanding and belief in things Black folk have been saying for your whole life. You cannot both believe us and be surprised by this.
Black people five years ago: you know, they can kill anyone they want to out there

Everybody today: hot damn, did you know they can kill anyone they want to out there?

This is the bullshit produced by the @nytimes.com which did not bother to check that there are now innumerable videos showing what was basically an assassination. Do they ever embarrass themselves?
"Was the officer struck by the vehicle, as President Trump insists, or did the car pass by or around him?"
If we only had some trusted institution that could adjudicate between competing claims by relying on facts.

Come the fuck on. Five hours later and the headline is still about a disputed shooting. Just a basic lack of courage to acknowledge the obvious.
If the headline is "disputed shooting" rather than straightforwardly telling the public what happened this rewards the DHS for lying about these events

Incredible effort by the team in those early days of 2021 to gather all assaults of journalists covering the Capitol attack and damage to their equipment, and in the years following to closely track charges brought against individuals who harmed reporters/photographers covering the news that day —
Five years ago today, 18 journalists were assaulted while covering the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, @pressfreedomtracker.us reported.

On Jan. 20, 2025 — the first day of President Donald Trump’s second term — nearly everyone charged in connection with those assaults was pardoned.
