Dude's going to be guilty of building weapons of mass destruction and mobile bio warfare labs by the end of the week.
Got a new one today when the press secretary accused him of being a "human trafficker" just absolutely out of thin air!
Just so we’re clear, everybody calling Kilmar Abrego Garcia a “terrorist” or a “gang member” are lying, and they know they’re lying, and they repeat it for purposes of confusing people who don’t follow this stuff closely into accepting what was done to him.

I tried to call the SSA earlier today to make an appointment to update some records.

The wait just to get someone on the line was "over 120 minutes"....

Thanks Elon.

You want to stop non-citizens voting?

Just cross reference the voter rolls with USCIS/SSA records.

That's it, you're done.
🧵 There are a lot of misleading claims out there about the SAVE Act. Let me set the record straight: I voted for the SAVE Act for the simple reason that American elections are for Americans. Requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote is common sense.

Per the WHO, most of the measles cases in Europe are concentrated in Romania and the Balkans, where the childhood vaccination rate is under 20%
RFK Jr: "CDC has done an amazing job at getting the measles outbreak under control. We have about 680 cases now in 22 states compared to the same outbreak in Europe, which is 127,000 and 37 deaths ... we're trying to refocus the press to get them to pay attention to the chronic disease epidemic."

Tariffs are what you resort to when you realize you've lost the initiative.

As a long term economic policy, they simply don't work.
Democratic lawmakers going with "While, actually, tariffs are pretty great, just not like this" are (1) wrong on the merits, but also (2) entirely failing to read the room.
April 6, 2025 at 2:06 AM
Remember those two random "variables" they stuffed into the tariff equation?

Turns out the one representing "what percentage of tariffs do consumers pay?" was roughly 1/4 of the value they claimed was used in THE PAPER THEY CITED.

So a 20% tariff costs consumers an extra 18.9%, not 5%.

I mean, if you wanted to vastly reduce America's economic size and consumption of international trade, this is certainly the best way to go about it.
Stephen Miller: The United States is 36% of global consumption, and we are more than 25% of the world's economy. Just the United States alone. That means we get to set the rules and terms for international trade.

Ironically, Nintendo announced in 2019 that they were moving production to Vietnam in order to avoid tariffs on China.

... and then Trump slapped 46% tariffs on Vietnam (vs China's 34%) because he doesn't he thinks trade deficits mean one country is taking advantage of another.

Deleting my posts about domains, because it does look like this dataset is the underlying source.

It’s obvious that they didn’t bother studying the data in any kind of detail, however.
www.census.gov/foreign-trad...

It might be based on the US Census Bureau data. "Svalbard, Jan Mayen Island" is in that dataset. As is "Heard and McDonald Islands" - with the penguin's seasonally adjusted imports and exports shown.

Summary rounded to 1 decimal w/ global dataset at bottom: www.census.gov/foreign-trad...

Also, somehow the US had $13,589 of imports from and $58,879 of exports to the ***uninhabited*** Heard Island & McDonald Islands in 2024

Not the only year with figures—costs of scientific visits/equipment?

Coal wasn't killed by the EPA, it was killed by fracking.

Natural Gas is significantly cheaper per KWh than coal.
