We hung out at City Park yesterday.
I adore this picture I took, of one of the bridges behind Cafe du Monde/near the playground, and its reflection in the water.
City Park, located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The sky is blue with fluffy clouds. There is a pond, with a stone (brick?) bridge that spans it. The bridge is reflected in the water, and the border os the photo is framed by oak trees with Spanish moss and palm fronds. In the foreground there are also brown pine needles or something similar looking.

Apple was too big to fit in the slicer so I cut the sides off first and then when the slicer started to cut the square apple into 16 wedges I realized I'd inadvertently created a Lament Configuration. 😬

The apple has been mostly sliced through so the top surface looks like a square with sixteen cuts in it, similar to one of the views of the Lament Configuration from Hellraiser. I made this first pic (left) many many years ago, then couldn't find it for a few years, so I googled pics to re-make it, but could only find a different image to start with. And then I found the older one again.
An image from the 80s cartoon Rubik the Amazing Cube but I've photoshopped it to be Lament the Amazing Configuration; instead of Rubik being a Rubik's cube, he's the puzzle box from Hellraiser. A different version of the same Lament the Amazing Configuration idea.

Idea: a *cold* glue gun -- it takes the same glue sticks as a hot glue gun, but it doesn't heat them, so they don't melt, and you can't burn yourself. 💡🧠👈
