Holy shit I finally got around to watching Bound for the first time and its so fun. You can feel the same dna that would carry on to the matrix from the first second of the film and it had me at the edge of my seat the whole time

im like 10 years late to the party but im watching aot for the first time and im astounded how its actually just beat for beat code geass and doing the same thing to the next generation of weebs it did to us. Truly, nothing ever happens.

I think a near universal part of the millennial experience is having a cartoon burned into your memory that nobody you know has heard of.

Okay finished s1 of Wheel of time, and while the first two episodes are kinda awful it weirdly picks up in quality massively as it runs. Now that they are actually putting in the work to develop them, I actually like most of the changes they make from the book.

finally getting around to trying the wheel of time show. Undecided on how I feel about the liberties it takes so far, but whoever did the work on the opening sequence should win some award. Those thirty seconds seeing the thread weave out parts of the pattern are incredible.
