In retrospect the Bush-era War On Christmas stuff seems more ominous than it did at the time. It was just cable news guys crying about dumb/fake shit, then and now; I mean the campaign to turn Christmas, which most everyone likes and feels warmly about, into just another thing to get mad about.

Except that we won’t. The social Darwinism and eugenics are a huge part of MAHA. After all, a key idea behind the antivax movement is that vaccine-preventable diseases can’t harm you if you’re healthy and that if you’re not healthy it’s your fault.

Alabama in over Notre Dame is an integrity problem. At minimum it’s the appearance of impropriety. Bama lost to FSU, the last place team in the ACC. Barely beat 5-7 Auburn. Only way they should’ve gotten in was winning the SEC title game. Instead they got held to -3 yards rushing and blown out.
