Oh by the way also Trump lost one in the House today - 20 Republicans voted with the Dems to pass a bill to restore federal worker union rights Trump tried to remove with an exec order. Came to the House floor via a discharge petition.
Trump did a lot of losing today.

Oh sweet baby Jesus in a Buck Rogers unitard, she’s out here bleating about “hate” and “lying,” like she didn’t personally turn those qualities into a business model, a merch pipeline, and a CrossFit-adjacent sermon series.

Jasmine Crockett didn’t just launch a #Senate run — she lit a match under Trump’s fragile ego. The ad is sharp, fearless, and pure Texas energy. If the GOP wants to play insult politics, she’s showing up bilingual in that language. Texas hasn’t felt this electric in years. Sen. Crocket? Yeah!

Here it is. The first case that will likely test the legality of all the boat strikes.

“Even if the U.S. were at war with the traffickers, an order to kill all the boat’s occupants if they were no longer able to fight ‘would in essence be an order to show no quarter, which would be a war crime,’”🚨
Hegseth order on first Caribbean boat strike, officials say: Kill them all
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth issued a verbal order to kill all crew members in the Sept. 2 strike on a suspected drug boat. Navy SEALs fired a second missile.

"If the U.S. military operation is not an armed conflict of any kind, these orders to kill helpless civilians clinging to the wreckage of a vessel our military destroyed would subject everyone from SECDEF down to the individual who pulled the trigger to prosecution under U.S. law for murder."
Here are US military lawyers stating clearly that Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth's "kill everybody" orders are either (1) war crimes or (2) murder.

Either way, expect prosecutions in the future.

Mr. Secretary, you seem confused. Mark Kelly was defending the Constitution. That’s leadership and you should try it.

This is an insurrection…

Impeach, convict, remove.

And if our current leaders won’t do it, they need to step aside for people who will.

Tyson is closing a Nebraska plant that employs 3,200 workers in order to “right-size” its business.

The meatpacking giant paid its CEO $22.7M last year, 525x its median employee's pay.

It also spent $196M in stock buybacks to reward shareholders.

Textbook corporate greed.

Come November, when SNAP runs out, Republicans are expecting Black folks to be the ones to raise hell. Nope. It’s going to be their own white voters in deep red states having conniption fits.

Good luck:

• Tommy Tuberville in Alabama
• Cindy Hyde-Smith in Mississippi
