You’re confusing relocation with population increase. The reason population “increased” in Palestine is because less of it exists now than before. They were forced out of areas and condensed into smaller and smaller areas. In truth there are 6% fewer Palestinians now than before.

If you supported a 10 year old American child with brain cancer, on her way to medical treatment, being deported because her parents are undocumented (but have no criminal records), then you’re a horrific person and I’m not sure how you sleep at night.
