The Democrats' absolutely pathetic, tepid, non-response to the COUP in progress is so disheartening. I don't want to give up, but part of me feels like the vast majority of our representatives are either in on it, or don't care, and that I need to just suck it up and learn to live under a despot.

I started listening to “grown up” music young. At 12yo, in 1994, I discovered Nirvana. I remember first hearing Pennyroyal Tea and the lyrics “give me a Leonard Cohen afterworld / so I can sigh eternally” at the time, I didn’t know who LC was, let alone what his afterworld would look like. 1/?
