back on my earl grey hot cocoa bullshit:
bring milk+a splash of vanilla+a pinch of salt to a gentle simmer. remove from heat, drop in tea bag. allow to steep for 3-5 mins. remove bag, return to low heat. stir in a spoon of cocoa powder + the chocolate of your choice. whisk until melted. sip!

Yeah, we have a three way battle for champion going into the last race of the season, but as a Williams girly, I'm barely even paying attention. Watching my team rebuild itself and charge to the front of the pack is such an incredible feeling.
