Grand jury declines to indict N.Y. Attorney General Letitia James, less than two weeks after the first case was dismissed
Federal officials failed to secure the new indictment against James, whom Trump has targeted, after a judge said the previous one was secured by an unlawfully appointed prosecutor.

Idk why I expected a navy seal to find a backbone tbh
A top admiral is expected to tell lawmakers tomorrow that he and his legal adviser concluded that the two survivors of a boat strike in September were attempting to continue their drug run, making them and the damaged vessel legitimate targets for another attack.

Adm. Frank “Mitch” Bradley, the commander of the September attack, is set to provide an account of his role for the first time in a closed briefing.

Current US Policy:

If you’re suspected of trafficking a small amount of drugs with no evidence, we will murder you, but if you’re convicted of trafficking an enormous amount of drugs with copious evidence, we will pardon you. Because we are currently a very stupid country.

You couldn’t write this shit as a script. No one would even accept it as fiction.

I just find it hilarious that his whole cabinet is sloberring praise all over him with ridiculous hyperbole and he is falling asleep while they're doing it.

You couldn't write comedy better than this. It's better than VEEP.

Hilary Clinton is yet another Israel apologist telling us the genocide isn't happening. Pathetic.
Hillary and co have no idea how many people the average young person has seen die by Israeli bombs and Soldiers. If she did she would never speak on this again. We saw the Genocide in our hands daily.
Hillary Clinton blames TikTok and “totally made up” videos for young people’s views on Israel and Palestine.

She says social media influenced “not just the usual suspects” but also “young Jewish Americans who don’t know the history and don’t understand.”

This is why you shouldn't have former TV entertainment presenters and political novices as president of the United States. I mean defense secretary.
The Post reported that Hegseth gave the order to kill them all before the first strike. Whether he saw any survivors after the first missile hit is irrelevant. Whether he was in the room when the second strike hit is irrelevant.
Q: So you didn't see any survivors after that first strike?

HEGSETH: I did not personally see survivors. The thing was on fire. This is called the fog of war. This is what you in the press don't understand. You sit in your air conditioned offices and plant fake stories in the Washington Post

Reporter: You said that that second strike was in full accordance with the law of armed conflict but the Navy's own manual of law of war says that specifically firing on survivors from a wrecked vessel is an example of a war crime that's forbidden under U.S. Law and the law of armed conflict…

I thought "mudroom" said "murder room," and that was only one of the things that didn't make sense.
I’m still thinking about this and it really is one of those “everyone thinks Elon Musk is a genius until he gets involved in your field” moments. I’m gonna be a total bore and think about this seriously, please don’t read on if you don’t care what a landscape architect thinks about this shit… 1/?

If nothing else, service members should learn to disobey the executive branch.
Aaaaaand…this is exactly why the six lawmakers needed to remind servicemembers about not obeying unlawful orders (this will get driven home when Hegseth gets a pardon but no one else does)
NYT:
Five officials told us that Hegseth had nothing to do with the second strike

Washpost (which broke the story 2 days ago):
“This is ‘protect Pete’ bullshit,”
and
“It’s throwing us, the service members, under the bus.”

What a deeply unpleasant woman.
Megyn Kelly on alleged war crimes: "I really do kind of not only wanna see them killed in the water, whether they're on the boat or in the water, but I'd really like to see them suffer.

Every relationship trump has is transactional. He'd screw over literally anyone in kleptosecond if it 'earned' him money.
I will also add at the administration is not doing a single thing to help average Americans. Only billionaires. The word below describes my feelings
