the smosh potato is less of a recipe and more of a technique for getting a potato with a creamy center and cronchy edges
there are many ways to make these such as boiling and pan frying or roasting and deep frying but here is one that uses just one cookie sheet and a ziploc bag for minimal cleanup

One of my favorite #DiverseSharks: the puffadder shyshark, Haploblepharus edwardsii...also known as ‘Happy Eddy.’ When threatened (or caught in a trawl) it pulls its tail up over its eyes to be less conspicuous.
