Hi Internet! I'm Drew and THIS IS MY FACE.

If this GIF has ever brought you joy in the past, I humbly ask you to consider making a donation to the National MS Society. It would mean a lot to me and to those I know affected by the disease!

A 21 year old Black Man was founding hanging from a tree in MS and local law enforcement doesn’t seem to give a shit.

Does the name Emmitt still ring any bells?

Black people DO NOT hang themselves from trees, even if they have suicidal ideation. We know the trauma that causes other Black people

I will never get over how a handful of tech bros set billions of dollars on fire to build a plagiarism machine that doesn't work and will destroy human society when they could have used a fraction of that money to fund a new golden age of creativity and knowledge.

Bad news, I have been diagnosed with B-cell non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.

Obviously shit is scary for me right now but if you would like to support my treatments and recovery, I made a GoFundMe link!

For those puzzled why the strong box office opening of SINNERS is being framed as disappointing somehow, Vulture gave the game away two days ago.

Studios are freaking out about letting the copyright revert to Coogler, so the film can't be seen as a success. The fix is in.

you can say they're not sane or their arguments don't pass constitutional muster till you're blue in the face. they have the power. they're doing it. And unless they are stopped they will keep doing it.
In the 2000s, the Supreme Court ruled time and again that even suspected terrorists captured in war zones overseas were entitled to due process.

In no sane world does Rubio's position pass constitutional muster.
Rubio’s position seems to be:

- We get to say who is a terrorist. Our decision is final. It can’t be challenged. Just trust us.
- Once we decide you are a terrorist, we can immediately deport you. No judges.
- After we deport you, we can make you rot in a foreign prison. No criminal charges needed.

Friendly reminder that Joann Fabrics isn’t closing because it’s a bad business. It’s closing bc it was bought by a private equity firm. This is also what is happening to Hooters and what happened to US Toys R Us and Red Lobster. These companies are being dismantled intentionally.

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office.

Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc.

Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.
