The lesson is clear: you can’t outflank the far right by borrowing its language. You only validate its narrative, undermine your own authenticity, and make democracy more fragile in the process.

"Ms Peggie then notes she has a lot of Chinese neighbours and Chinese restaurants on her streets. She says she has “never heard my Chinese neighbours complain” about being called Ch*nkys.”"

Peggie not making a great case she's unlikely to use slurs in front of the people they're directed at.

None of those newspapers (or the BBC) that gleefully ran stories when the EHRC gave trans people a shoeing will now report on the EHRC admitting they (and hence those stories) were wrong. Are those outlets craven - or dishonest?

Thank goodness for the legal press. www.law360.com/articles/235...

So true, you can get a fantastic budget guitar for the money
cheap guitars have gotten so much better since the 00s. an entry level squier or harley benton today will run you maybe $200 max and be as good as a $500+ guitar from two decades ago. hmu if u want help finding a guitar to start with !! (plus i will be opening lessons soon too)
If you played an instrument back in high school and stopped: we are in a golden age of decent cheap instruments.

The guitars are better, the amps are better. The pedals are cheaper, the wind instruments are actually instruments and not just shaped like them, etc.

Jump back into it.
