Last year, CNN ran a “fact check” of Kamala HQ that claimed we were lying for saying Trump’s plan is Project 2025.

Now Trump is outright admitting it’s his plan.

Legacy media failed the country.

Black rhinos are a critically endangered species. Here in Kenya, they suffered a catastrophic 98% decline between 1970 and 1983, as poaching decimated their population. But today, Kenya’s black rhinos are growing in number. In honour of #WorldRhinoDay, read Chamboi’s full story: swt.bio/chamboi

Some thoughts on the NYT piece today about Luzerne County, PA. (Yet again, an article about why a remote place went to Trump; never a visit to places that went for Harris. It's 2016 diner safari time again.)
Yes, it's impossible to reason with some of these folks. That's a given. /1

If you want to understand the rise of RFK and other crackpot anti-science types in the 21st century, you have to understand the fusion between conspiracy theorists and New Age flummery, as I wrote in the new edition of The Death of Expertise:

And a reminder that tiny movements of voters over niche issues can be fatal to candidates
Out of roughly 153 million votes cast in this election, the presidency was decided by 230k across the three states of Wisconsin (30k), Michigan (80k) and Pennsylvania (120k). That's 00.15%.

This remains an extremely closely divided nation. Any agenda viewed as extreme is likely to face backlash.

People always think they'll spot disinformation attempts and just unfollow the poster and not repost them! And it's true that a lot of them are low-effort and low-quality and even someone untrained will notice them. But the really good ones are so fiendishly good that you'll never spot them. 6/

Keep an 👁️ out for follow-farming; it can kill a platform like this quickly. There're acc. here that use memes/hashtags for malicious disinfo campaigns.

Don't reflectively repost/follow; look for & reward consistency/quality of engagement.

Here's an excellent thread on how to spot these bad actors.
Yet another plea to people who are using or following people off follow-farming hashtags like #NoDemUnder1K, #NoDemUnder5K, #BlueCrew, #FBR, etc etc: please do not do that, it's how disinformation operations work. I'm already seeing accounts in those hashtags that are likely disinformation ops. 1/
