Hip mobility is so important, and even more if you're regularly doing any type of straight line lower body cardio like walking/running or riding a bike. I do like 15 minutes of just hip work in my post-run cooldown/stretching routine.

It was paying more & getting less in your neighborhood
It was getting the Phd, but still not getting hired
It was needing police for the police
