He’s right, the things the Federal govt does is make investments for Canada, sets up the law of the land, ensures regulations are followed and hands out money to the Provinces, there is more but, the Provincial Premiers control what is going on in each Province.

It is a great idea.
I remember a few years ago there was a project to get some of the Indigenous languages put into web dictionaries that could be used by websites like Google, FB and X.
I don't know what happened to it.
