@tvmojoe.bsky.social Have you noticed that Peacock have added new ads to their content, even for ad-free Premium Plus users? We get two to three ads (in front of all nbc and peacock content) then they go for 24 hours then return. I haven’t seen any journalists talk about it.

in light of the kimmel news, just a reminder that a few days ago a prominent fox news host literally called for killing homeless people. right afterward, someone shot up a couple homeless encampments.

I don’t use Blue Sky much. Their massive image and article previews make scrolling a joke. Takes forever to read my timeline. They could make a feature to disable media previews, like many have asked for, but @bsky.app don’t care.

@bsky.app Aaaaand we still can’t turn off image previews (aka media previews) on the BlueSky app, even though X has had that feature for many many years - and Blue Sky users have been asking for it from day 1. Sorry but BS doesn’t give a crap about users.

I’m really surprised there’s no much competition in Blue Sky clients on iOS. Twitter used to have so so many. Hide media previews, adjust vertical space (so much wasted white space etc), cut off long messages and let us click for more… I just want basic features and I’ll pay.

@bsky.app can we please get the ability to turn off media previews? Also also reduce message length (ie cut them off with a prompt to read more)? Reading a feed is such a pain in the arse. Endless endless scrolling.
