I never liked any of it - too scary and weird for me. But I didn’t grow up with the American sense of… I don’t know. Americans love Halloween and seem immune to scary / weird / ugly / murderous stuff haha. So to me it seemed threatening but to Americans it’s just fun I think.

I def think they were experimenting but got a lot of pushback. Because it stopped doing it last week, for me. Also, 99% of the projects I work on are for nbc universal and yet those forced ads (on an ad free plan) were… let’s just say not a positive for “goodwill” for the brand :)

Exactly. It SEEMS like the current government has a literal plan for an authoritarian takeover. But how can we know? (There’s a literal plan.) Yes, but can we be sure? ;)

I don’t know why journalists aren’t reporting on this. Hopefully someone does. Peacock customer support told me it’s a bug - they are lying to their customers.
