Every single one of these clips was taken today in downtown Portland. Portland doesn’t want or need a federal takeover. If Trump insists on sending federal “resources” he can start with funding health care, bridges, affordable housing, and wildfire protection to name a few.

The President is looking for an excuse to unleash force on Americans in response to his critics. Please don’t give him an excuse.

Exercise your rights by protesting peacefully.

The news out of Utah is horrifying. Violence is never the answer, and we should all be deeply disturbed that this pattern is growing - MN was just a few months ago.

It doesn’t matter who started it. It’s on all of us to end it. The politics in this country are toxic and lives are in danger.
Kids in Minnesota woke up without parents this morning. Fear and grief are gripping the hearts of friends and loved ones. People are scared that they will be killed for their political values. It's not enough to say "enough." (1/2)

Sec. @tobiasread.bsky.social is right - Trump’s DOJ would rather chase conspiracy theories than protect Americans’ right to vote.

Eligible voters deserve access to voting methods that work for them. Single mothers, night workers, veterans, and disabled Americans rely on mail-in voting because it’s safe, secure, and accessible. Trump has no right to take that away.

Glad to have your support @RepDexterOR, we will not back down!
I stand with my friend @orsecretaryread.bsky.social in putting Oregonians' rights and safety ahead of Trump's baseless request for our voter data—he cannot be trusted. If Trump really cared about free and fair elections, he'd stop trying to redistrict Texas in his favor.

At least we know what Trump and Putin talked about in Alaska now. #orpol
Trump: "Vladimir Putin said something- one of the most interesting things. He said 'your election was rigged because you have mail in voting. It's impossible to have mail in voting & have honest elections.' He said that to me because we talked about 2020. He said, 'you won that election by so much'"
