I’m on my 10th play through btw. And yes I do have issues with certain parts of the game & critiques of the writing as a writer myself but I’m still having fun bc I appreciate it for what it is lol
My problem with a lot of #dragonagetheveilguard opinions is how people speak in absolutes about the game. “This game has no replayability”. “The choices don’t matter”. “The romances are bland”. “The game has no depth”. “The game isn’t dark enough”. And each time I see those posts, all I think is…

I’m not even going to get into the woeful mishandling of racism and colonialism in his books.
At the end of the day the issues is economics.
Buying and promoting (via social media posts) Sanderson’s books are contributing to an institution that causes real harm to the LGBTQIA2S community.
