This is a fascinating case. Trump admin senior officials, and Trump himself, claimed this guy was an "MS-13 leader."
It's clear that this guy was illegally possessing guns. But when they took him to court, THIS was the only mention of MS-13 in any DOJ document. Now they're moving to drop the case.
