I’ve started working my way through Rolling Stone’s 500 greatest albums list on my bike rides, meaning today’s soundtrack is “Ask Rufus” by Rufus and Chaka Khan, followed by “Suicide” by Suicide.

We’re sharing below clips of journalist Hossam Shabat, whom Israel assassinated in northern Gaza earlier today.

He was a role model to Gaza’s children, especially those aspiring to become reporters.

I think it’s important to remember that a real conspiracy is the reason Epstein was in jail. When the true story involves elites conspiring to do something so evil, it’s not a huge leap to think they may have conspired on something else.
I have no idea why “a guy committed suicide while in a holding cell, a thing that sadly happens quite often” is somehow totally unbelievable

Watching the 1941 “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde” and boy it’s awfully cavalier with some extremely dark subject matter…

My new favorite pundit thing is when they ask, “But will the political consequences be too great for Trump to do XYZ?” What consequences? He already won a second term! You think he cares what happens to congressional Republicans?

Folks doing this *in cities* baffles me. Cities intrinsically have a lot of people and are constantly evolving. It’s so weird to think that should all come to a screeching halt for you.
just the sheer entitlement of reaping the benefits of living in a prosperous city and closing the door behind you to juice the appreciation of your asset. if you want to live in a place that's frozen in time, sell your house and move to a rural area.

- Tesla delivered only about 10,000 cybertrucks in the 4th quarter

- this issue isn't production, it's demand
