I work in marketing and will never post about it. What you will get: books, movies, local politics, and pics of my dog. Find me on a bike.

Oops looks like #Denver plows missed a spot or an entire lane

Just a dusting in Denver so far. Took a calm little ride to get a haircut this morning.

Took an intentionally slow ride (to avoid sweating and to enjoy the views) down to DU this morning.

Snowboarding didn’t work out, so instead I went 2/2. #BikeDenver

Peaceful e-bike ride to drop off library books and pick up dinner at Pepper Asian Bistro.

Will I ride my bike every day of 2025? Likely not, but so far I’m batting 1.000.

I still can’t believe Coke went live with that AI ad that literally misspells Coca-Cola. Imagine if a human made that mistake. But because it’s AI (and thus drastically reduces labor costs) they let it slide. So stupid.

Out on the bike again

Second stop (17 St Plaza) decidedly more urban, but quite relaxing on a Saturday.

First stop is Central Park. Think it’s the last big park in Denver I’d yet to visit since moving here. Obviously repping my previous home.

The bike lane on the E 7th Ave Pkwy, though not protected, is nice and wide—so much so that I often pass joggers in the lane with no problem. Already a pretty calm street, and I’ve yet to have an issue on it.

Credit where credit’s due: #Denver is doing some things very right when it comes to the 16th Street Mall. Can’t wait for this space to be fully reopened next year.

Little Cherry Creek holiday mart in today’s ride in #Denver. The people love a pedestrianized street, I’m telling you.

I will never get over this dog’s indifference to vacuums. Blacks out at the sight of a squirrel, but a noisy robot? Yawn.

What’s even better is it’s also a community building app, offering weekly challenges, surprise adventures, and kudos from other riders. They also organize group rides so you can get to know your fellow riders!
