Rogelio feels immense pain in his feet. He can’t sleep and it hurts to walk. The pain is so bad that he rather refused to go to dialysis than being cuffed. He is scared that his feet will get infected and will have to have his feet removed.

According to the lawsuit, as an observer was following an ICE vehicle in Minneapolis on Dec. 7, the officer drove directly to the observer's home — appearing to use a law enforcement database to search her license plate and retrieve her home address in an attempt to intimidate her.
