There’s more to Portland hoops than our beloved Blazers.

Portland State University is sneakily one of the basketball watches in Portland right now!! 👀

Get down to Viking Pavilion. Then go see UP or the Rip City Remix at Chiles Center in North Portland!

They may have gassed our comrades, our families and our children, but today was MASSIVE. If the surge comes, Portland is ready to defend our communities! ICE OUT!

Can I white boy say a little “chinga la migra”?
Huge crowd at Elizabeth Caruthers Park for a labor against ICE protest in Portland. Many different local labor groups represented, speakers saying fighting against authoritarianism and ICE is an important issue for labor to take on.

I’ve said it before but I’ll keep wishing it into the void. We need a Letterboxd for regular season college basketball games. Portland State vs Montana was high drama!

What can go unnoticed when politicians are outed for the typical hypocritical line "I'm pro-labor, except here" is the real cruelty that position brings.

A man was harassed then fired for bringing his kid into work, and taking an approved vacation which Smith initially promised as a paid holiday.
NEW: Portland Councilor Loretta Smith allegedly fired a staffer for union organizing. An unfair labor practice complaint, filed today, claims Smith showed increasingly hostile behavior to the worker following the union announcement, culminating in his termination last week.

Important read right now. Every accusation is a confession right down to the US military being the only thing that closely resembles a “cartel” when it comes to the drug trade.
We've got 1 more Moe Tkacik banger in us before the end of the year.
It's about Marco Rubio, his scheme to appoint drug cartel bosses & their cronies atop the governments of every Latin American country in the name of fighting drug cartels, & his high school summer job working for a drug trafficker.

My concern about Yang Hansen as a long term player is that with Clingan (another other young, slow big) you at least immediately saw he had a plus skill in rim protection/rebounding. With Yang he doesn’t really do anything even above average for his position.
