I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

When your neighbor on the left is being dragged away by masked men and your neighbor on the right can't get an X-ray for their child, be sure to quickly explain that "both parties are the same" and whatnot.

Holly shit
“ICE gets a bigger budget than the Marine Corps” is a simple fact that should be communicated very widely because it clearly expresses how crazy and radical this is
With this budget, ICE alone would have nearly as large a detention operation as all 50 states' prison systems combined. Bigger budget than the Marine Corps. Police-state levels of spending

Wow. Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum officially recognizes Palestine as a state. Here she welcomes Palestinian ambassador Nadya Rasheed.

Sheinbaum is Jewish, supports Palestinian self-determination, & unapologetically condemns Netanyahu's attacks on Gaza.

Historic & inspiring leadership. ❤️✊🏽

Dems got played. It was Trump’s idea to ban TikTok in the first place, but in a desperate effort to say “wE cAn bE tOuGh oN ChiNa tOO” they pass this ludicrous bill to ban the app. Gen Z is pissed and it shows in Nov. Then Trump swoops in as “savior” and grifts big $ from TikTok as they kiss ring 😑

Not a single Republican senator has dared express any concerns about Hegseth's inexperience, allegations of sexual assault, corruption, drinking problems, misogyny or his dangerous policy positions.

They're terrified of Trump's wrath and Elon's money.

They'd confirm a bar stool if he told them to.

It is important for all Americans to understand that Donald Trump has no intention of leaving office after taking it on January 20.

None.

Do I think he has a plan in mind already? Probably not. But is he taking his Oath of Office as a man who expects American democracy to continue?

No, he is not.

If you ever wonder how Trump gets these batshit crazy ideas in his head, such as “The US needs to invade Panama to take back the canal”, you can usually trace it back to his bank account.

Reminder: The House republicans against releasing the Gaetz ethics report because it violates his rights as a private citizen, are the same Republicans who made posters of Hunter Biden's schlong and forced everyone to watch for months on end.

Musk does not need to be treated with kid gloves nor does anyone need to be an apologist for him. This is who he is and it cannot be amplified loud enough.
Which was better for Germany? For the world?

West Germany from 1949 to 1990, then Germany 1990 on, governed by the “traditional political parties” whom Musk derides?

Or Germany from ~ 1900 to 1945, governed by those to whom Musk’s AfD looks back longingly.

Musk prefers the Germany of 1900-1945.
