It is a right wing lie but, an iPad is exactly what refugees should be given? A tablet is basic tech and essential for someone who arrives with nothing. Would allow them to track applications, check emails, do research, communicate. You’d have to be a bastard to begrudge a vulnerable person this?

I keep reading that as disabled people we need to 'stand up to these cuts' and wanting to laugh because we're disabled but, that's kind of the point isn't it? They're going after people who are least likely to fight, who are already least able to participate in society

These skeins are beautiful AND they’re for a great cause, so you can make a pretty thing and support a community who really needs it while you do.

We’ve hit that point near the end of winter/getting to the beginning of spring where the sky just feels higher up, like there’s more space between the ground and the sky. The angle of the light has changed and there’s more space to just *breathe*
