This is Oakley. He has an injury that requires physical therapy and at-home massages. Luckily, his cat sibling River has been training his whole life for this. 14/10 for both

I'm seeing people note that the message is the same but it's coming from a range of handles--some more plausible than others. So yeah, stay sharp, report etc.
I imagine this must work on some people, but as a phishing attempt, it's hobbled by the fact that its core claim is proven false by the very fact that I'm able to see the phishing attempt.

So, house Dems get rolled over by the majority, and the govt restarts, but Grijalva gets sworn in at last, the Epstein files vote happens and they get released, and 30% of Congress immediately steps down/retires/face litigation or all 3, making for historic midterms--is that a possible throughline?

I got this useful bon mot from a middle school teacher recently.
In response to, “I DONT UNDERSTAND,” he calmly said, “okay what steps have you taken to understand?”
And that’s when I realized that a lot of folks have no steps.

Giving thanks for the good nerds at the NWS this morning, as I can quickly pull up the latest (0211) detailed condition reports from the overnight team, square them w/transit alerts, and make an informed decision about my commute. They do this for us. They haven't been paid for a month.
Bands of intense lake effect snow are expected tonight into Monday near many of the Great Lakes areas highlighted in this image. Dangerous to impossible travel conditions are possible, including during the Monday Morning commutes for some. Get details for your area at weather.gov

Think I may stay offline this evening. The vibe on here is not great this afternoon and isn't likely to get better once the chips fall. I'll get the news when I get it.

So on the nose that in rolling up my sleeves to deck the person in response, I'd reveal a tat in textualis running the length of my forearm...
Who made this and why are you choosing nerd violence? ✍️ I mean, it is true, but still.

Mamdani will gather a host of assemblymen and force King John to sign the Magna Carta, followed by a second round of the Oxford Provisions which will further limit the power of the Monarchy under Henry III. Will no-one think of these English Kings.
Mamdani will implement sumptuary law. Ladies will have to carefully measure how many ounces of gold are in their girdles, and wearing pearls on hats will be banned except for wives or courtesans of foreign mercenaries.

Sorry, Chicago. It rains when I visit LA. Philly had record precipitation when I lived there. So did Bristol. When I get stressed there's drought.
And now this.

GOOD NEWS! Researchers have developed a cancer vaccine that has shown STUNNING results, PREVENTING up to 88% of MULTIPLE aggressive cancers by harnessing dual-pathway nanoparticles that train the immune system to recognize and destroy tumor cells. In some cases, it COMPLETELY prevented metastasis.

One theme that’s starting to come up in mainstream Dem talking points is how multiple systems are irreparably broken and we have to stop focusing on temporary or stopgap solutions and actually rebuild from scratch, and this fills me with hope.

Target continuing to miss the point.
"Store employees are now required to smile if they are within 10 feet of a shopper.
They also must make eye contact with and wave to or greet the customer.
If they’re within four feet, the employee should ask how the customer’s day is going or if they need help."
🙄 Won't stop the boycott, y'all.
