The rivers of openly racist and xenophobic speech flowing through, I guess, the mainstream Overton window in the UK disgusts and shocks me. I think I was very naive about the impermeability of mainstream skepticism and tolerance. It turns out the former is perishable and a condition of possibility.

FYI: This is MSF’s typical stance. For them to comment like this is a VERY big deal. Of course it’s obvious that Israel has been committing genocide against Palestine, but for MSF to explicitly state that is in direct opposition to many of their funders. Every inch of ground counts. Free Palestine

So after the so called GHF took over aid delivery in Gaza they replaced over 400 distribution aid sites with just 4. Now they're reducing that to 1. One site for 2m people.
