I did much of my PhD work at the RTP location of EPA and the “scientific research arm” IS the EPA. I hope everyone likes mercury and lead.

This comes after several senior staff departures and just one day after Trump announced plans to dismantle the agency by November. Millions of Americans and dozens of states rely on it in times of crisis. But Trump doesn’t seem to think it’s needed. It’s looking like RIP FEMA.
