You would need to have deep pockets to pay for your quality legal team with cash up front instead of contingency, but yes you could probably fuck up some companies who weren’t expecting it that way

The sheer absurdity and desperation of this statement shows the existential panic Trump and the whole White House are operating under. It’s like the gravitational pull of any historic scandal. Inexplicable, unbelievable things start happening in its proximity. The gravity is that strong.
Obviously this statement is a smoldering pile of poop. But is it too obvious to note that “grand jury testimony” isn’t even what anyone is even talking about? I have zero idea what the govt has. But to the extent we’re talking about anything it’s the evidence collected from JE’s home right?
