One thing that has bothered me about the post-election analysis by pundits is the distinct lack of concern about winning back the working class. It's almost as if they want to double down on the "coastal elite" mentality. Elitism and catering to an "educated" minority does not win elections.

As much as I hate to be an "I told you so" but we would not be in this current predicament if the Democratic party hadn't used the political system against Bernie Sanders in 2016. Economic populism, and the rejection of neoliberal elitism would have won us the White House in 2016, 2020, and 2024.
