While I do not disagree with the sentiment, the left did not have any sort of super majority in Congress at any point in 2001.

It's time for us to form a TRUE opposition party. We need a party that actually cares for the working class, for queer folk, for people of color, and don't just use them for political jockeying like the Dems do. PLEASE be one to start the opposition. We need it. We need you.

The politicking by the old guard is 100% the reason we lose elections. They hold onto power for the sake of having power.

This will be the death of the democratic party. Major reforms are necessary if they want to see any sort of electoral victories in the future.

Gotta be honest here: if this is meant to be the counterweight to Rogan, et al., it's not gonna work. The name alone is going to give many people pause. As much as I hate to say it, we have to play to the least common denominator if we want to win future elections.

It's not a lack of self-awareness. They really just don't believe they did anything deserving of criminal charges. MAGA is wholly removed from any form of reality -- they exist in their own political vacuum (at least they think they do.)
