My worst video game idea for an action RPG like Skyrim is a comfort stat.
It doesn't do a lot, just a small bonus to exp gain or skill checks.
And you build it by wearing comfy clothes and sitting in taverns and eating good food. Then it slowly goes down as you do the adventuring.

I realized today that Magic: the Gathering has never done a mechanic for equal/inequal power and toughness. They should explore that space!
